Tesla Developments announced that it has raised the implementation rate of its Green City project in 6th of October to 70%, with plans to hand over units ahead of schedule, Invest-Gate reports.

Yasser Mohamed, Founder of Tesla Developments, said that construction works are progressing around the clock, reflecting the company’s commitment, discipline, and seriousness in execution. He added that the company’s strong financial position is a key driver supporting its implementation plans. Mohamed emphasized the project’s strategic location, which enhances its investment value for clients.

Mohamed explained that Green City spans 12 acres in 6th of October Gardens and is set to serve more than 700 families. The project includes residential units of various sizes, along with commercial and recreational service areas. He stressed that the company is prioritizing quality of life within the community—not merely constructing buildings.

Ahmed Beshir, Founder of Tesla Developments, revealed the company’s plan to launch several new projects in West Cairo, starting with Tesla Residence on the Oasis Road. He noted that the company holds the largest land portfolio in October Gardens and aims to develop high-quality projects across these lands to reinforce its leading position in the West Cairo market.

Beshir added that while the company continues to advance its current projects, it is simultaneously pursuing serious investment opportunities and planning to further expand its land portfolio. He affirmed that Tesla Developments is working diligently at all levels to maintain its leadership, highlighting the strong and growing client demand in West Cairo.
