TG Developments has launched its East Palm project in the Southern Investors area of Fifth Settlement, spanning 12 feddans, Invest-Gate reports.

For his part, Chairman Ashraf Tahoun highlighted that this mixed-use development includes residential, commercial, administrative, medical, and hotel facilities, designed by renowned engineering consultant Mohamed Hafez.

Moreover, the project, overseen by ACE Moharam-Bakhoum, is set to be completed within three years.

Furthermore, TG Developments has already achieved 60% construction on its first residential project, which spans 18 feddans with 24 buildings.

Also, Mohamed Hassan, TG Developments’ Head of Marketing, announced the launch of the Palm Island project, strategically located on the Suez Road near key developments like Madinaty and La Vista Sola, offering unparalleled access to prominent real estate, educational, and medical hubs.
