Expo Republic for Organizing Exhibitions and Conferences is preparing to launch the 12th edition of the Nile Property Expo from Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, scheduled to take place from May 2 to May 4, 2024, Invest-Gate reports.

The exhibition will feature major real estate developers in the Egyptian market, including City Edge Developments, Tatweer Misr, Orascom Development, Al Ahly Sabbour Developments, Cred Developments, El Attal Holding, Misr Italia Properties, Saudi Egyptian Developers, Roya Developments, Gates Developments, Times Developments, Marriott, and New Generation Developments.

Bassem Kalila, Chairman of Expo Republic for Organizing Exhibitions and Conferences, expressed the company’s commitment to launching the first edition of the “Nile Property Expo” exhibition in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Kalila explained that this decision was driven by the desires of customers in the Kingdom and the significant demand for Egyptian real estate observed throughout 2023. The previous editions of the Nile Property Expo exhibition were successful, resulting in participating Egyptian companies achieving record-breaking sales.

Kalila further highlighted that Expo Republic organized three editions of the Nile Property Expo exhibitions in Riyadh and Jeddah in 2023, generating sales exceeding EGP 5 bn for the benefit of real estate development companies.

In terms of promotional activities for the Nile Property Expo exhibitions in 2024, Kalila mentioned that the company secured official sponsorship for the final match of the “Egypt Cup” championship between Al Ahly and Zamalek teams, held on March 8, 2024, in Riyadh.
