The 9th Nile Property Expo is scheduled to take place from May 25 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia under the patronage of Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, Invest-Gate reports.
The upcoming real estate exhibition and conference organized by Expo Republic Co. aims to attract more Arab investment to Egypt’s flourishing property market.
Minister of State for Immigration and Egyptian Expatriates’ Affairs Abroad Suha Gendy says, “The joint cooperation with Expo Republic confirms the strong relationship between the government and private sector as partners towards achieving strategic economic goals, including exporting real estate.”
Earlier this week, Gendy Signed a cooperation protocol with Expo Republic company for promoting Egyptian real estate and organizing real estate expos abroad.
Major Egyptian developers exhibiting include City Edge, Tatweer Misr, Saudi Egyptian Developers, Amer Group, Paragon Developments, SUD and Sorouh Developments.
Chairman Bassem Kalila says the expo, themed “Invest in the Future – Invest in Egypt”, aims to attract more Saudi and Arab investment. Since launching in 2017, the company Has ensured major real estate firms with in-demand properties for foreign markets participate.
According to Kalila, this strategy of showcasing projects tailored to foreign buyers Has helped companies achieve sales targets and acquire new overseas clients. He says the prime minister’s patronage boosts confidence for exhibitors and buyers, signalling state support for exporting Egypt’s real estate sector.
Last year’s four Nile Property Expos in Saudi Arabia Were very successful, spurring demand for follow-up expos—Egyptian companies Exhibiting at the November 2022 expo in Riyadh Recorded sales Exceeding EGP 2.5 billion.
Looking ahead, the 9th Nile Property Expo Seeks to expand to new markets in 2023 like London and New Jersey.
