The Address Investment company aims to achieve contractual sales of EGP 22 bn for the benefit of developers as part of its marketing plan in 2021, Invest-Gate reports.
Engineer Mostafa Badr, CEO of The Address Investment, explains that the company developed a marketing plan 2021 that commensurate with the expansion in the real estate market. With the aim of achieving EGP 22 bn in contractual sales for the benefit of real estate development companies in 2021.
Badr states that the company has achieved contractual sales of EGP 8 bn, in favor of developers during 2020, despite the repercussions of coronavirus, which affected the sales movement of real estate companies.
He notes that The Address Investment contracted with 60 real estate developers for the largest real estate companies in the market.
Moreover, Badr adds that The Address Investment achieved contractual sales of EGP 1bn, benefiting others in new administrative projects. Also, that the company intends to achieve EGP 3 bn during the current year. The company also plans to achieve 5 billion pounds sales in current year’s tourism projects.
