The Address Investments Real Estate Consultancy targets sales worth EGP 3 bn for developers this year, Invest-Gate reports.

Amr Badr, chairman of The Address, told Invest-Gate on May 9 that the company has achieved EGP 1.4 bn in sales for developers by the end of 2018, adding that it is marketing 20 diversified projects in the New Administrative Capital (NAC).

The new capital topped the scene during the past year in terms of customer’s demand rates, he noted, underlining that NAC’s projects accounted for about 25% of the company’s sales in 2018.

Meanwhile, The Address is marketing over 100 projects of a total of 65 developers, located in different residential areas namely NAC, New Cairo, Mostakbal City, and the North Coast, Badr remarked.
