The Address Investments for Real Estate is to pump EGP 1 bn of investments in 2022 starting with a soon-to-be launched project, Invest-Gate reports.

Hatem Galal, director of the Financial Sector at The Address, says, “The Address is to launch a number of projects this year, starting with a pioneering project in NAC, which will soon to be announced.”

Moreover, he points out that the company owns the first technology plaza, Pixel, in the NAC, characterized by  its distinguished location and diversity of spaces to suit all customers’ needs.

Pixel spans an area of 6,483 sqm, including a ​​4,338 sqm- area for 102 administrative units, as well as a ​​2,055 sqm- area for 48 commercial units of various sizes. The project is distinguished by modern technologies such as smart glass for advertisement purposes. Galal notes that the mall consists of eight floors, three underground floors and an online store, which will be delivered in 2023.

The Address Investments for Real Estate owns the Oxygen Medical Tower project, which is the first medical project in NAC, a group of fully-finished medical units in the downtown area, located on the new capital’s main roads in the capital and in close proximity to its international hospital.

The project spans an area of 2,205 sqm, featuring  a ​​7,260 sqm- area for 165 medical units, and a 1,190 sqm- area for 28 commercial units.

Galal clarifies that the company aims to finish and deliver all its projects ahead of schedule. “The Address has finished marketing its projects in a record time and that’s due to our advanced implementation methods and our successful marketing plan locally and abroad,” he comments.
