Professionals, decision-makers and exhibitors from the global construction sector will gather in Cairo in September, 2018 to explore business opportunities within the country’s rapidly growing market at the launch of The Big 5 Construct Egypt exhibition, Invest-Gate reports.
With the total value of projects in the entire region worth USD 473 bn, and the majority of them is in Egypt, the exhibition is expected to add more value to the country’s booming construction market.
“With $140 billion worth of projects awarded and due for construction, Egypt, and its 93 million people, represents a market with huge potential for the industry,” said Andy White, senior vice-president of construction at DMG events Middle East, Asia & Africa, organiser of the show.
“It’s figures like these that have helped to convince our base of international exhibitors that Egypt will be one of the fastest growing export markets for their international operations over the next two years,” he adds.
Architects, consultants, contractors, developers and engineers will get the chance to advance their industry knowledge and explore current market trends through free-to-attend educational events that will take place alongside the exhibition, according to a released statement.
