The Icon Show Concludes Activities in Dammam

The first edition of The Icon Show exhibition concludes its activities in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, under the auspices of the Egyptian Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Invest-Gate reports.

The event is organized by Infinity Phoenix for organizing exhibitions and conferences.

The Icon Show sees the participation of six major Egyptian real estate development companies, presenting projects ready for delivery and projects under construction, in addition to the participation of the banking sector to provide various payment systems for Egyptians and foreigners. During the exhibition, the Ministry of Housing displays investment opportunities in the areas affiliated with the New Urban Communities Authority, in addition to seminars and an international press conference to present investment opportunities in the Egyptian real estate sector.

The Ministry of Housing organizes an integrated set of activities to exchange knowledge within an interactive environment that contributes to introducing participants to market trends, investment strategies, and the latest developments in the real estate sector in Egypt as a platform for government sector institutions and private companies operating in the field and wishing to highlight their services and achievements in the field of designing and managing distinct and sustainable real estate projects.

The Egyptian housing ministry reviews Egypt’s plan for urban expansion and doubling the urban area in the country, and its strategy until 2052.

Omar Khattab, Spokesman for the Egyptian Ministry of Housing, notes that the ministry enacts many laws and that the process of privatization for foreign investors in Egypt takes place within five days under the supervision of the Ministry.

The companies participating in the exhibition displayed various housing units that suit all tastes. Among the participants are Al Ahly Sabbour Development, Amer Group, Revan Company, Capital Link Developments, and Mimar Real Estate Development.

Mohamed El-Saedy, CEO of Infinity Phoenix, says that the high turnout witnessed by the exhibition comes as clear evidence of the attractiveness of the Egyptian real estate market, adding that during the year 2023, his company aims to establish three new exhibitions in the Gulf countries, which will be announced at the appropriate time.
