The Land Developers TLD begins concrete work for residential buildings in the first and second phases of the six-phase Armonia residential project, at a cost of EGP 300 mn, Invest-Gate reports.
The first and second phases include about 300 housing units in 11 residential buildings with seven floors, of which the fifth floor has been completed, meanwhile, the excavation and settlement works for the rest of the project are underway.
Armonia is the company’s first and latest project in the local market, especially in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), with EGP 3 bn of investments. The project aims to create a residential experience worthy of the size and entity of NAC.
The project is located in the R7, 800 m from the diplomatic area, spanning over 41 acres. Besides, the green spaces occupy 80% of the project area, while the construction space is only 20%, so that, homebuyer feel that they spend their time in a large garden, which provides a sense of comfort and relaxation, the official statement reads. The project also offers a variety of facilities and services.
The project consists of four phases that include 1750 units with areas ranging between 70 and 350 sqm. It’s worth noting that TLD aims to market 30% of the project outside Egypt.
Furthermore, “Raef Fahmi Architects” office carries out the design and planning of the project, while “Masters For Construction and Development” and”El Tayebi Developments” undertake the implementation of the first two phases of concrete works for residential buildings.
In this regard, Chief Operating Officer Omar El Tayebi comments, “We rely on high standards in design and implementation to increase the level of comfort, privacy and the units’ view of the surrounding landscape, instead of focusing on increasing occupancy rates of the project.”
For his part, Ashraf f El Safoury, chief commercial officer, adds that the “Armonia Walk” project (which is part of the Armonia residential project), is a new addition to the development in the field of establishing specialized commercial projects due to the use of technology, immediate maintenance requirements, and security factors.
Moreover, he clarifies that the built area of the “Armonia Walk” commercial project is 18,000 sqm with EGP 500mn of investments, explaining that the project meets all the requirements of the smart city, and it’s planned in a way that allows easy movement for all the project’s visitors, especially The elderly and people with special needs, as the project has 8 passenger elevators, 2 service elevators, and escalators.
Additionally, the project provides a car park that can accommodate 550 cars between the basement and the upper floor, as well as providing places for prayer and toilets.
