The design was created in collaboration with architect Mohamed Fares, Founder and CEO of Alchemy Architecture, reflecting a philosophy where architecture tells a story and inspires creativity and well-being.
The destination provides a range of essential services, including gyms, banks, a supermarket, a theatre, multi-purpose halls, and open recreational areas. Connectivity is supported by public Wi-Fi and Triple Play services for internet, phone, and TV. Operational efficiency is ensured through an advanced Building Management System, specialized façade cleaning, and customized signage. Security is managed through CCTV networks and comprehensive safety systems, complemented by three levels of underground parking with full-service support.
‘inplace’ offers over 2,000 Business Suites—the first serviced offices of their kind in Egypt—ranging from 45 sqm to 750 sqm. Designed to support collaboration and productivity, the suites include concierge services, access to meeting rooms, business lounges, four district “Club Houses,” rooftop terraces with restaurants and a swimming pool, outdoor event spaces, and wellness areas. All services are integrated through the ‘inplace’ mobile app and exclusive membership card.
