The Real Gate Conference and Exhibition launches on March 25 under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, with the presence of 38 real estate developers in Egypt and the Arab world to offer huge investment opportunities in the market as part of Egypt’s Vision 2030, Invest-Gate reports.

The exhibition is held from March 25- 27, 2021 at the Egypt International Exhibitions Center and is organized by ACG CPEV, through a cooperation between ACG ITF and Coldwell Banker Egypt.

The exhibition takes all the necessary measures to ensure the safety of visitors and exhibitors. The expo also offers competitive deals for visitors.

A group of sessions and discussion panels are scheduled to be held with developers, members of the organizing company, and representatives of the International Real Estate Federation office to shed light on the performance of the real estate sector in Egypt and the future of urban development post-COVID-19.

The Real Gate exhibition presents 180 different projects, 40 of which are being implemented for the first time in Egypt whether in governorates or new cities, as reported.

There are many participants in the exhibition such as Sodic, Emaar Egypt, Palm Hills, Mountain View, Misr Italia Properties, Akam Developments among others. The number of visitors is expected to reach nearly 20,000 visitors.

The Real Gate exhibition includes an Investment Club, which will be launched in the presence of local developers and international investors, in the presence of more than 25 international consultants and foreign investors to discuss new investment opportunities.
