The Springs Sahel has recently been launched in the North Coast, particularly developed for the “unpretentious homely” community, Invest-Gate reports.

Located right between Hacienda and Telal developments on the opposite side of the Marsa Matrouh highway along the North Coast, the Springs Sahel aims at changing the way citizens, particularly Cairenes, spend their summer days, taking into consideration family and individual needs within a community.

Launched on August 12, the North Coast project encompasses terraces with jacuzzis, lush gardens, kids and dogs areas, lagoons, boutique hotel, fitness areas, cycling lanes, and infinity pools, offering “the freedom of the outdoors”.

Additionally, the development grants its clients the opportunity to relish services, including concierge services, units housekeeping, medical services, property rental service, laundry and dry cleaning services, in addition to amenities such as shaded parking lots, surveillance cameras, and audio/video intercoms.

The project is scheduled for delivery within two years, with prices starting from EGP 700,000 per unit. Clients are offered a 15% down payment and installments over five years.
