Bahrain suspended three of its big annual events, namely the Gulf Property Show, Gulf Construction, and Interiors Expo, which were scheduled to be held in April, Trade Arabia reports.
The three exhibitions will be rescheduled to take place from October 5 to 7, 2020 at the Bahrain International Exhibition Center, according to a recent statement by Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE), the shows’ organiser.
HCE has been monitoring the situation on a daily basis since the outbreak of the new Coronavirus (Covid-19) in the GCC, the statement noted.
HCE Managing Director Jubran Abdulrahman said, “At HCE, we are committed to delivering events of the highest quality. We also value the views and support of our exhibitors. The expectations from our three events are high and we do not want to compromise on the quality, experience and public safety at our events.”
“The welfare of visitors and exhibitors are our top priority. We are positive that given sufficient time available with the rescheduling of the events, things will return to normal. The new dates in October will give us enough time to create a value-added experience for all our stakeholders as we look to the ongoing evolution of our events,” he added.
The three exhibitions take place alongside each other, thus ensuring the continued success of the biggest integrated business-to-business showcase for the construction, interiors and property sectors to be staged in the Northern GCC.
