Shajah-based real estate developer, Tilal Properties will launch its new major retail projects at the Cityscape Global 2016 expo in Dubai, reported Trade Arabia.

The company will be announcing in the event its latest updates and designs of its project Tilal City which costs AED 2.4 billion and is considered a mixed-used development located on Emirates Road (E611).

The company’s major retail project will be shown in the center of the exhibition and will be the major highlight of the Tilal City Project.

The company, that is said to have upscale residential and retail market, plans to promote its leading freehold policies for new plot owners and the benefits which they’ll receive when working with Tilal properties, stated the company’s Director General Khalifa Shaibani.

The project is 10 km away from Sharjah International Airport, close to Al Dhaid interchange and nearby other emirates as Dubai is located 2 km away, stated Middle East Projects.

Tilal City is expected to offer a mix-used community in Sharjah that is made up of 1,855 land plots and offers residents chances to buy or rent land and develop properties for the first time.

The company is a joint venture between Sharjah Asset Management and Eskan Real Estate Development that aims to establish, develop, and manage real estate projects in Sharjah.
