Time Developments is preparing to launch a new project in New Cairo at an area of 143,655 sqm, Invest-Gate reports.

The new project is a part of the company’s investment plan for 2023. It is located in the Golden Square district and includes residential and commercial units with various areas, along with restaurants, landscapes, and swimming pools.

The project is a part of a series of projects planned to be launched next year in New Cairo and the North Coast.

Time Developments entered into agreements with major consultancies in Egypt and the Middle East to create designs with different ideas. The company is in the process of offering the first phase of the project.

It is worth noting that Time Developments acquired three companies; Egyptian Developers, Mas, and

Connex, which has a compound land portfolio of around 258,955 sqm.

Following the acquisition, Time Developments designed plans for three projects with around EGP 12 bn in investments over the next four years.
