Time Hotels reveals its cooperation with Nakheel Developments in its project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), the Double Two Tower, Invest-Gate reports.
CEO and Managing Director of Time Hotels Mohamed Awadalla states that the Double Two Tower project is the company’s third project in the Egyptian market and the first one in NAC. He further comments, “The presence in NAC was one of the strategic goals of Time Hotels”.
Additionally, he elaborates that this cooperation with Nakheel Developments comes within the company’s plan to cooperate with successful entities and distinguished projects.
“Modern technology is one of the areas, in which the company has distinguished itself through its selection of the latest programs in centralized reservations, use of electronic distribution and content management, use of internal quality management, use of engineering maintenance system, and finally mobile application system in reservations,” he says.
He also points out Time Hotels provides its customers with special, non-recurring benefits in Nac, noting that Time Hotels has won many awards, most notably Time Awards, The World Luxury Awards 2019, and Hotelier Middle East Power 50 – 2020, and Traveler Review Awards by Booking.com in 2021.
For his part, Sherif El-Domyati, head of the commercial sector at Nakheel Developments, declares that his company is focusing on attracting distinguished brands in Double Two Tower in order to take advantage of its location and design.
Moreover, El-Domyati points out that the Double Two Tower consists of administrative, commercial units and branded hotel apartments, adding that the project is characterized by achieving a great and guaranteed ROI.
The project is located in one of the most vital centers in the NAC, “in front of the Iconic Tower, and minutes away from the City of Culture and Science and the International Sports City,” he adds.
He further highlights that the client will benefit from the outstanding credibility and distinctive reputation enjoyed by both Nakheel Developments and Time Hotel Management. Time Hotels will provide many facilities and benefits to the unit owner, including 24-hour security, concierge services and catering services, complete maintenance of the building, and “the possibility of renting units on behalf of the unit owner, which brings a recurring return to the customer,” El-Domyati concludes.
