Times Developments announces contracting with DMA as the engineering designer for the second phase of the 35-acre Aster project in the Golden Square of New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

Rami Atallah, Projects Manager at Times Developments, emphasized that the Aster project is one of the most significant ventures in New Cairo due to its strategic location, occupying an area of 142,800 sqm. The company aims to provide a unique experience by incorporating residential, administrative, and commercial units with innovative designs that cater to diverse preferences.

Atallah added that Times Developments invested approximately EGP 350 mn in the project’s construction. Shortly, an announcement will be made regarding the completion of a significant portion of the concrete works carried out by Shadad Group.

On the other hand, Tarik Kassem, CEO of DMA, stated that this agreement to design the second phase of the Aster project is a step towards a strategic partnership with one of the promising real estate development companies.

It is worth mentioning that the Aster residential project offers a construction ratio of approximately 15% of the total area. The project includes a clubhouse and a distinguished commercial area to serve the development. The company adheres to sustainable and evolving development standards.
