The Land Developers (TLD) enters into an EGP 210 mn agreement with ASASS Construction to conduct the construction works of a group of buildings at Armonia New Capital, Invest-Gate reports.

Situated on 42 acres, Armonia is located in the New Administrative Capital’s R7 district.

The project’s total investments amount to EGP 3 bn. It includes 1,750 units, accounting for 20% of the total area, while 80% will be allocated to green spaces and landscapes.

Construction at XI building starts in July 2022 and the first phase is anticipated to be delivered in June 2023.
