TLD-The Land Developers, a leading real estate company, has announced the launch of its new phase, “Aspire”, in the Armonia project with an EGP 1 bn investment, Invest-Gate reports.

Armonia, strategically located in the New Administrative Capital, ensures easy access to all services, creating a unique living experience.

Moreover, “Aspire” boasts modern and unique designs for residential units, ranging from 87 to 303 sqm.

The layout ensures ample sunlight, providing panoramic views of stunning landscapes and a central swimming pool. Landscaping surrounds the project, creating a harmonious environment.

For his part, Omar El-Tayebi, CEO of TLD – The Land Developers, expressed satisfaction with the launch, emphasizing their commitment to high-quality real estate projects to meet customer needs and develop the Egyptian market.

El-Tayebi anticipates strong demand for “Aspire” due to its sophisticated engineering designs and integrated services.

“We aim to offer luxurious living experiences in the New Administrative Capital while adhering to the highest quality and environmental sustainability standards,” El-Tayebi added.

Also, TLD announced the completion of key phases in the Armonia project, with several buildings fully constructed.

Notably, groundwork is underway for new structures, alongside finishing touches on others. Progress includes 85% completion of Building Xl and ongoing work on project fencing, landscaping, roadworks, and street lighting.
