The Land Developers (TLD) announced the most prominent construction developments within its Armonia project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.

The latest developments came after the launch of the project’s third phase, and the completion of the first and second phases have been completely sold and the delivery is underway according to the project’s timetable.

The Armonia project witnessed the completion of 140 units as the first phase, in addition to the completion of the construction of 11 structures for new buildings, with nine buildings remaining under construction. Contracting tenders are currently underway for eight buildings.

Armonia offers luxury residential units, designed in a strategic way that ensures the spacing between buildings to provide the greatest amount of comfort and privacy needed for its residents. The units were built on only 20% of the total area, while the remaining 80% was allocated to services and green spaces.

The project includes 1,700 luxury residential units with sizes ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom apartments, with areas ranging from 71 sqm to 350 sqm to meet all customer needs.

Landscape, infrastructure, internal roads, and the installation of unit doors, elevators, the project gate, and facades have also been completed, giving the project natural views that give the customers a better life.

In this context, Omar El-Tayebi, Vice Chairman of TLD, said that the company adopts a specific vision in our projects that meets all customers’ needs with a range of different units and spaces.

El-Tayebi explained that Armonia’s design is built on special engineering foundations that take into account privacy to ensure a unique living experience.
