The Land Developers (TLD), a leading real estate developer, has announced the launch of “Laguna”, the latest extension of il Bayou project in Sahl Hasheesh, Red Sea, with a total investment of EGP 2 bn, Invest-Gate reports.
This new extension adds an additional 80,000 sqm to the existing area, bringing the total project space to 125,000 sqm, with a targeted sales value of EGP 550 mn.
Building on the tremendous success of selling out the first and second phases within just one year in il Bayou project, this strategic milestone reaffirms TLD’s unwavering commitment to investing in key tourist destinations, aligning with the state’s vision for tourism development and urban planning.
“Laguna” serves as the first phase of a fully-fledged coastal residential and hotel project, strategically located as an extension to il Bayou. It seamlessly blends various residential styles to cater to the diverse needs of clients, fulfilling their aspirations of living amidst natural scenery. il Bayou extension is divided into five phases, each with its unique features meticulously designed to offer tranquility and comfort to residents.
