TLD-The Land Developers, a prominent real estate developer, has signed an agreement with MIDAR to develop a comprehensive residential project on approximately 20 feddans in the strategically located Mostakbal City in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.
This partnership aligns with TLD’s strategy to expand urban communities and diversify its property portfolio by selecting prime locations and innovative designs to meet clients’ needs and aspirations.
Moreover, the partnership was formalized between Mr. Omar El Tayebi, CEO of TLD-The Land Developers, and MIDAR’s Managing Director and CEO, Ayman ElKousey.
Expressing pride in the collaboration, Mr. Omar El Tayebi said, “We are honored to partner with a leading entity like MIDAR for a comprehensive residential project in Mostakbal City, a location known for its strategic significance. For his part, ElKousey expressed his delight in collaborating with TLD-The Land Developers as well as his confidence in its ability to execute the new project in accordance with the latest international standards.
ElKousey highlighed that this represents one of many successes achieved by MIDAR in Mostakbal City, which is one of the most important and prominent fourth-generation cities in Egypt having a prime location in East Cairo. He pointed out that this cooperation is a testament to how attractive this area is for investments.
He stressed on MIDAR’s efforts to adopt the standards of “Master Developer for Integrated Urban Communities-Urban Developer” as a comprehensive concept. This is in addition to MIDAR’s keenness to cooperate with real estate developers who have unique work histories to ensure the successful implementation of pioneering integrated urban communities in Mostakbal City. Mostakbal City now holds a prestigious position on the real estate investment map as well as among investors, developers, and clients in the Egyptian market.
Furthermore, ElKousey emphasized MIDAR’s commitment to high-quality life standards, leveraging partnerships with leading global consultancy firms across all disciplines. He highlighted MIDAR’s integrated vision to apply sustainability concepts within its cities, boosting investment opportunities and supporting Egypt’s 2030 development plan.
ElKousey acknowledged the entities that have supported MIDAR, including Banque Misr, the National Investment Bank, the National Bank of Egypt, and Arab Contractors, which have the abilities to support MIDAR’s future vision and long-term plans. MIDAR exemplifies successful investment deployment backed by governmental entities, improving service levels within its cities.
