Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) successfully adds considerable achievements to Madinaty City during 2022, including organizing international sports tournaments and the inauguration of shopping malls, Invest-Gate reports.
International-level malls
Early in 2022, TMG opened the Extreme Land family entertainment center in Madinaty’s Open Air Mall. The mall also witnessed the opening of a group of global brands in the fields of cosmetics, restaurants, fashion, home accessories, and furniture, among others.
The group also opened a second branch of Carrefour in All Seasons Park mall, in partnership with the UAE’s Majid Al Futtaim. The new branch spans 54,000 sqm and comprises 230 commercial units.
International sports tournament
In 2022, Madinaty hosted the Asian Tour international golf tournament, with the participation of over 120 professional players, and the Women’s World Team Squash Championships, with 17 national teams participating.
The city also became the location of several sports and cultural events, including the Madinaty Half Marathon, which sees participation from 1,400 contenders of various nationalities.
Furthermore, the Madinaty First International Sculpture Symposium was held in 2022, with participation from 12 international sculptors.
Social Responsibility & Services
TMG signed an agreement with valU to offer installment payment services for customers of Open-Air Mall. The group opens a Mercedes-Benz driving experience center at Madinaty Golf Club.
The group also opened Madinaty’s fifth gate to give the city’s residents easy access to the 5th Settlement and other districts in New Cairo and the New Administrative Capital.
