Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) Holding’s Privado in Madinaty and Celia in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) have been picked by Cityscape Global as its “October Projects of the Month,” Invest-Gate repots.

The two mixed-use developments are deemed to be the finest and most integrated projects globally, as a result of deep analysis for the projects’ components, Cityscape Global recently uncovered on its official website.

Privado is the exclusive gated community of Shorouk City’s Madinaty, providing high-end fully-finished apartments, “flourished with beautiful landscapes and serenity lake views, along with easy access to top-notch facilities,” according to Cityscape Global.

Meanwhile, Celia is the only project located on NAC’s Green River, featuring lofts and studios, in addition to apartments, townhouses, twin houses, and stand-alone villas. It is a “fully-integrated project, fulfilling all the residents’ needs from the day-to-day services,” coming with an array of recreational, commercial, medical, educational, and administrative options.

Established in east Cairo, both compounds offer interested buyers flexible payment plans of up to ten years, along with a 3.5% down payment, Cityscape Global highlighted.
