Egyptian real estate developer Talaat Mostafa Group Holding (TMG Holding) announces new board changes, Invest-Gate reports.

The real estate developer appoints Hisham Talaat Mostafa as its new CEO and Managing Director, according to a bourse statement.

This action followed Mostafa’s release from prison by a presidential pardon after spending nine years in jail on charges of killing the Lebanese artist Suzanne Tamim.
