Five areas have claimed nearly half the total value of Dubai’s local real estate market sales, comprising 24.8% amounting to a staggering AED99.7 bn across 35,480 transactions, within the overall sector sales in 2023, Invest-Gate reports.

Dubai’s local real estate market recorded sales worth AED401.2 bn through 129 transactions by the end of 2023.

Palm Jumeirah led the list of the top five areas in sales value, surpassing AED29.8 bn, while Dubai Creek Harbour secured the second spot with sales worth AED21.8 bn.
