TOREC Developments, a company under the New Urban Communities Authority, has confirmed that December 26, 2024, is the final date for customers who have reserved units within the 600 apartments offered in Saba Residence Compound in 6th of October City to sign contracts and pay the remaining amounts due, Invest-Gate reports.
TOREC Developments stated that the reservation period for the units closed on October 17, 2024. During the period from October 22 to November 7, 2024, those who reserved units were able to complete the remaining advance payment, estimated at 15%. Contracts became available for signing starting November 17, with the final date for signing set for December 26.
The company added that anyone who fails to sign the contract by that date will have their reservation canceled, and the applicable rules will be enforced. If they wish to sign the contract afterward, they will be allowed to do so, but at the prices of the second phase, which will be announced soon.
Furthermore, TOREC Developments explained that it has a waiting list of customers who have applied to reserve units in the first phase of the project.
Saba Residence is located on the Boulevard Axis in the northern expansions along the Middle Ring Road in 6th of October City. It includes 85 buildings with a total of 2,040 units, divided into three sales phases.
The compound covers an area of 69 feddans and features four service areas, green spaces, and a children’s play area. It is surrounded by walls and gates, with buildings comprising a ground floor and five additional floors, all equipped with elevators.
Notably, the first phase experienced a strong turnout from customers, with 2,510 individuals paying the reservation deposit for 600 apartments within the first five days of electronic reservations. The total number of customers who obtained reservation forms reached 10,686, with the units selling out in just 79 minutes.
