TOREC Developments, a subsidiary of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), is preparing to launch the first phase of its T Residence compound in New Alamein, Invest-Gate reports.

The offering includes 160 fully finished units across five buildings, with prices starting at EGP 20,000 per sqm.

The launch aligns with the start of the 2025 summer season and follows significant development activity in New Alamein, which has emerged as one of the region’s key smart coastal cities.

Mohamed Anwar, CEO of TOREC Developments, stated that the company aims to roll out 14 completed buildings comprising a total of 448 units. “We are currently completing finishing and facade works, with deliveries scheduled for summer 2026,” he said.

Anwar noted that T Residence spans 20 feddans and features buildings of ground floor plus seven storeys, with each floor including four units ranging from 110 to 130 sqm. The second phase, now in design, will include 10 additional buildings with more varied unit sizes.

The compound will offer green spaces, a swimming pool, a social club, retail outlets, a mosque, security services, and elevators in all buildings. Unit prices start at EGP 2.6 mn, with payment plans available over seven years.

Anwar also revealed that a specialised compound management firm will be appointed to ensure top-tier services for residents.

Notably, Torec signed a EGP 450 mn agreement with Gomla Market to open a branch in New Alamein’s heritage city and currently handles marketing for other NUCA projects including Saba, Bliss Gate, and The Address.
