Town Group Development to Launch New Commercial Projects in Q2 2026

Town Group Development is preparing to launch a portfolio of new commercial projects during the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, in a move that reflects its ongoing expansion strategy to strengthen its presence in West Cairo, particularly in Hadayek October and New October City, Invest-Gate reports.

Through this expansion, the company aims to increase its project portfolio to nine developments by the end of the year, supporting its growth plans and reinforcing its position in Egypt’s real estate market.

Town Valera Mall – Downtown Hadayek October

Town Group Development is preparing to launch Town Valera Mall in the Downtown area of Hadayek October. The project is designed to serve the Valera residential community, which includes around 219 mid-range residential buildings, with a total exceeding 5,000 housing units.

The project is designed as an integrated commercial and service destination, prioritizing rapid operational readiness to enable early returns for investors. The company is also targeting a delivery timeline of approximately one year, aiming to address market demand within a short period.

The project is branded as Valera and spans a land area of 2,600 sqm. It consists of a ground floor plus one upper floor (G+1) and includes both commercial and administrative units.
The launch of Town Valera builds on the company’s previous developments in Downtown Hadayek October, including Town Mall in the main downtown location and Town Plaza at the entrance of Hadayek October.

Town Edge Mall – West Airport

Town Group Development is also launching Town Edge Mall in a prime strategic location at the West Airport entrance, directly on Badya’s main road and the road leading to the airport. The project is positioned to serve Zones A and B in the area, giving it a strong competitive advantage.

The project, branded as Town Edge, is developed over a 6,000 sqm plot and comprises a ground floor and one upper level (G+1), offering a mix of commercial and administrative units.

The project offers flexible payment plans starting from a 7% down payment, with installment periods extending up to seven years, making it an accessible investment opportunity for a broad customer base.

Town Edge also builds on the success of Town Gate, the company’s existing project in the same area, which has recorded strong demand driven by its strategic location and integrated services.

Town Group Development said these new projects reflect its commitment to delivering innovative real estate products based on a careful assessment of market needs, with a focus on strategic locations that maximize investment returns, alongside adherence to quality standards and timely execution.
