Trulia for Real Estate has contracted with a group of leading real estate developers in Egypt to market their residential, commercial and coastal projects, with plans to include more projects in its marketing portfolio, Invest-Gate reports.
Abdel Naeem Ahmed, chairman of Trulia, said in press release on May 6 that the company has started contracting with 30 real estate companies to market their projects, which are characterized by geographical and price diversity to satisfy the needs of largest segment of customers.
Ahmed explained that the residential projects are located in several cities such as New Cairo, the New Administrative Capital (NAC), 6th of October, and Sheikh Zayed. The company also provide other offers in various coastal areas including the North Coast, Ain Sokhna, El Gouna, Marsa Alam, and Sahl Hasheesh.
He noted that the company has focused on projects in NAC given its excellent investment opportunities and for being a promising city that grabs the attention of customers in the current period. NAC and Ain Sokhna represent 60% of the contracted projects, he added.
Mohammed Moustafa, vice chairman and head of sales at Trulia, said that the company has set up a plan for marketing abroad to promote real estate exports, in line with the state’s strategy.
Moustafa added that the company is currently considering signing cooperation protocols with several marketing companies outside Egypt.
