The International Exhibition of Materials and Technologies for Completion and Construction (Turnkey Expo) opens doors from 17 – 20 June 2021. For the second year, Turnkey Expo’s exhibition is held in the Cairo International Convention Center, Nasr City, Invest-Gate reports.
The exhibition contains several big names of the disciplines of finishing of materials, products, and technologies. This enables target groups to take a closer look at what this sector has to offer.
The event is organized by Business Plus Fairs and Vision Fairs, two of the leading trade fair organizers in the Middle East and Africa.
Turnkey Expo is among the most significant exhibitions in the field of finishing solutions and is considered a platform that serves the construction and property development sector thanks to the myriad of new markets and comprehensive finishing solutions it offers.
The exhibition serves as a channel through which a selection of industrial actors in Egypt, the Middle East and North Africa have the chance to showcase the latest in the finishing of materials and floor and wall cladding. Turnkey Expo visitors across different market segments and backgrounds as well as those who are curious about available finishing solutions will have a chance to take advantage of competitive pricing. Meanwhile, 3,000 young building and development enthusiasts, interior designers and newly qualified architects can meet and learn from the leading experts through a total of 32 lectures that take place over four days with the aim of exchanging knowledge and experiences.
Karim Shalaby, vice president of Vision Fairs, the event’s organizer says, “In its second edition, Turnkey Expo offers a model that supports the construction and development sector by providing the latest in finishing solutions and serving property developers and their businesses, while allowing exhibitors to exhibit their products and services.”
He adds that to ensure maximum value for both exhibitors and visitors, the event will host a number of meetings to establish bilateral business relationships between major property developers, construction companies, consulting firms, suppliers and designers.
The exhibition’s first and main display was a success as it contained 42 companies and hosted a total of 10,000 visitors.
This year’s four-day event is expected to receive 25,000 visitors, mainly due to the rising growth of Egypt’s real estate development industry.
