The UAE is to see infrastructure and urban development projects across a number of its emirates, WAM news agency reports.
The Follow-up Committee of the Initiatives of the UAE President approved the funding of a number of infrastructure and urban development projects valued at AED 1.2 bn.
These projects include the Sheikh Khalifa Central Hospital in Fujairah, at an estimated total cost of AED 865.9 mn.
The committee also approved a number of road projects including the construction of a AED 323 mn road linking the Sheikh Khalifa road from Maliha passing through Madam up to Al Shuwaib.
A number of internal roads and parking works will also be implemented in the residential complexes of Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah with investments worth AED 12.4 mn.
