UAE-based property developer Al-Thuriah Properties completes handover of its Sahara 4 Tower in Al-Nahda, Invest-Gate reports.

Offering accessibility to both Sharjah and Dubai, the 33-storey project was developed at a cost of AED 295 mn, featuring 300 one- to four-bedroom residential units.

With the delivery of Sahara Tower 4, the company has handed over around 4,500 homes and a further 2,500 units at various stages of development.
