UAE-based engineering consultant company Abdul Rahim Architectural Consultants (Araco) wins a tender released by the Kuwaiti Alnafisi National Real Estate Group Company for the design and licensing of 14 buildings in Dubai’s Satwa area, Trade Arabia reports.

“We were very impressed with the thoroughness of Araco’s bid, and knew our project and vision here in the UAE will be in safe hands because of Araco’s extensive experience in the country and region,” says Member of the Board of Directors at Alnafisi National Real Estate Group Co Talal Yousef Alnafisi.

The tender’s scope of work covers architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) design and engineering, obtaining of all necessary permits from relevant bodies, and completion of the construction process. The commercial and residential buildings project is worth AED 570 mn and is expected to cover an area of 1.3 mn square feet.
