UAE-based property developer Arada has announced the launch of the Sama Majlis Villa residential project, located within the developer’s Nasma Residences community in New Sharjah at a special sales event held on March 10 for local and international investors, Construction Weekly reports.

The project was met with substantial interest from local and foreign investors. The Sama Majlis Villa is an independent property with four bedrooms and an open-air majlis based on an upstairs terrace, new to the Sharjah market.

“The introduction of the Sama Majlis Villa shows our intention to provide a wide portfolio of beautifully designed homes for both investors and end-users,” Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, chairman of Arada, said.
He added that 20% of the construction work in the project’s first phase is completed and first homes are scheduled to be delivered to buyers by the end of 2018.

The villas are being sold in phase three of Nasma Residences, an 800-villa and townhouse community ideally located adjacent to Emirates Road and Maliha Road.

Nasma Residences also includes semi-detached villas and four- and five-bedroom signature villas, as well as two-, three-, and four-bedroom townhouses.

The community was launched in March 2017 and has already sold out the first of its five phases in less than a month, emerging as the fastest-selling residential real estate project in Sharjah.
