UAE-based developer Azizi Developments has completed and handed over two premium serviced apartment projects in Dubai’s Al Furjan, Arabian Business reports.

Valued at AED 240 mn, the Candace Acacia comprises 316 studios and one-bedroom apartments over a construction area of 335,246 square feet.

The AED 220 mn Candace Aster spans over a construction area of 259,757 square feet and boasts 227 studios and one-bedroom apartments.

“Candace Acacia and Candace Aster were conceptualised to meet the growing demand for premium living spaces in Al Furjan,” Azizi Developments CEO Farhad Azizi notes.

Azizi Developments has delivered over 800 units across eight projects in Al Furjan in the last three years, with expectations to complete another nine projects in the area before 2020.
