UAE-based Azizi Developments, a subsidiary of Azizi Group, announced the launch of its third premium real estate project, Fawad Azizi Residence, in Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC), Invest-Gate reports.

The AED 342 mn residential project will feature a stylish and contemporary design with a glass facade, encompassing 396 high-end apartments, including 201 studio apartments, the company said in a statement.

Stretching over 565,503 square feet, the project will comprise landscaped gardens, a gym, swimming pool, retail spaces, and a covered parking, the developer noted.

Fawad Azizi Residence will offer a direct access to Al Khail road and Oud Metha road, as well as, close proximity to Dubai International Airport, Downtown Dubai, and the Dubai Festival City Mall.

“Fawad Azizi Residence is our third property to launch in Dubai Healthcare City. This location is one of the most promising in Dubai as it is widely known for its health and wellness facilities and access to Dubai’s lifestyle and entertainment hotspots, making it an excellent investment for buyers and investors,” Chairman of Azizi Group Mirwais Azizi was quoted as saying.

The developer’s other two projects in DHCC are Azizi Aliyah Residences and Farhad Azizi Residence.

Azizi Aliyah Residences is an AED 470 mn residential project that will offer a total of 346 residences with 191 studios comprising of 135 one-bedroom apartments and 20 two-bedroom apartments. Besides, Farhad Azizi Residence, a deluxe retail space of 16,000 square feet, will have 634 units, including 396 studios that will have 218 one-bedroom apartments and 20 two-bedroom apartments.
