The UAE’ Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure opens the registration for the first three phases of the AED 1 bn Al Sayouh 16 Residential Complex in Sharjah, Invest-Gate reports.

The project is developed under the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme (SZHP) and includes 438 residential units.

Situated on more than 1.3 mn sqm, the project will feature a total of 818 residential units.

The project will comprise units ranging from two- to five-bedroom.

It is worth noting that the SZHP system was developed in 2015 and upgraded in 2023 to make up for the increase in the number of beneficiaries and reduce processing time.
