UAE-based Lootah Real Estate Development has announced plans to launch “Living Garden,” a modern lifestyle compound comprising affordable studios and one-bedroom apartments, in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Invest-Gate reports.

Living Garden will be the newest addition to Lootah’s portfolio of high-quality, affordable, and sustainable properties in Dubai. Unit areas vary from 28 to 112 square meters, encompassing spacious bathrooms, sophisticated apartment palette, ceiling finishing, and elegant lighting, said the company’s statement on May 22.

The project will boast a modern and elegant façade, composed of aluminum vertical elements and glass windows, while its interiors will have porcelain tiles and countertops that are designed to grant a contemporary lifestyle, the statement added.

Additionally,  residents will relish some state-of-the-art services and amenities such as exceptional fixtures and fittings, a fully-equipped gym, as well as, covered parking spaces, to name a few.
