UC Developments has announced the near-completion of 90% of the concrete works for the “Uni Tower 1” and “Uni Tower 2” projects within the New Administrative Capital (NAC), aligning with the company’s established construction timeline and commitment to timely project delivery as agreed upon with customers, Invest-Gate reports.

Hadi Hamed, Vice Chairman of UC Developments, underscored the company’s prominent position as a key investor in the NAC, driven by its unwavering confidence in the viability and robustness of this monumental initiative from its inception.

This confidence has propelled UC Developments to concentrate its investment and expansion strategies on launching multiple projects within the NAC, reflecting its dedication to participating in the realization of diverse ventures in new cities in accordance with the state’s overarching development blueprint aimed at establishing sustainable urban centers in strategic locations across Egypt.

Hamed further highlighted that the “Uni Tower 1” and “Uni Tower 2” projects mark UC Developments’ inaugural foray into real estate development in the Downtown area, a coveted locale offering direct vistas of Al Masa Hotel and convenient proximity to key thoroughfares and squares.

Spanning an estimated 11,000 sqm each, both projects comprise a ground floor and 10 additional floors featuring a blend of commercial, administrative, medical, and hospitality spaces, with cumulative investments exceeding EGP 2 bn. With 90% of the concrete works finalized for both projects, they are slated for completion in 2025.

Emphasizing the synergistic relationship between the two projects, Hamed highlighted their distinctive architectural configuration, with an expansive open entertainment plaza nestled between them, coupled with a range of integrated services catering to the diverse needs of visitors to this pivotal area in the heart of the NAC.
