Unite Development Group (UDG) celebrates the launch of its first project in the Central Business District (CBD), E Tower, at competitive prices, Invest-Gate reports.
During his speech at the celebration, Walid El Zeini, Chairman of UDG, remarks that the E Tower project is the company’s first project that was launched in the Egyptian market in October 2021.
He further adds that they, as a group of partners, have a strategy that focuses on implementing projects that are in line with the government’s vision of implementing urban development.
Developing the UDG projects will be based on the modern style, sustainable thinking and exploiting their long experiences in the building materials trade and contracting.
For his part, the UDG’s CEO, Mohamed Mounir, states that the E-Tower is a commercial administrative project located in the CBD, noting that the company has cooperated with the Inversion Consultancy, GRID, and ACE Moharram Bakhoum.
Additionally, UDG’s CCO, Tarek El Gedawy, highlights that this project is a 14-storey mall located on a construction area of 14,000 sqm. Besides, the project will be delivered within four years.
Concerning the UDG’s plan, El Gedawy reveals that the company plans to launch its second project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) during H1 2022, adding that the company has many investment opportunities under feasibility study in a number of new cities.
