In a notable surge, the average asking prices for homes in the United Kingdom have experienced the most robust start to the year since 2020, Invest-Gate reports.
Online property portal “Rightmove” revealed that the average property asking prices rose by 1.3% to approximately $460,000 between December 3rd and January 6th, marking the highest increase in eight months.
Rightmove also indicated a 20% increase in agreed home sales in the first week of January compared to last year.
Notably, the data suggests a buoyant beginning to the UK’s real estate market, showcasing positive pricing and sales trends.
