As a step towards boosting investment exchange and reinforcing the bonds between Arab brothers, «Kalila Company for Exhibitions and Conferences» announced the participation of the «United Arab Emirates» as the Guest of Honor at the 15th edition of the «Nile Property Expo», which is set to take place in «Riyadh, Saudi Arabia», from May 1 to 3, under the patronage of Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister of Egypt, Invest-Gate reports.
The «UAE» will officially participate in this edition through the «Dubai Land Department», the government authority responsible for regulating and managing the real estate sector and all real estate activities in Dubai. Major UAE developers will also be present, including: «DAMAC Properties», «Sobha Realty», «Aldar», «Binghatti», and «ONE Development».
Dr. Bassem Kalila, Chairman of «Kalila Company for Exhibitions and Conferences», stated that the company has entered into a strategic partnership with the «Dubai Land Department», resulting in a dedicated «UAE pavilion» within the «Nile Property Expo» that will host the top Emirati real estate developers.
He explained that this cooperation comes as part of the company’s efforts to develop innovative mechanisms that attract more investments and enhance cooperation among Arab nations.
He noted that the company is adopting a global marketing strategy to highlight major opportunities and projects in the Egyptian real estate market. In upcoming editions of the «Nile Property Expo», there will be promotion of major projects in the «New Administrative Capital» – the largest business community in North Africa and the Middle East – as well as «New Alamein», which is expected to become the top destination for investors inside and outside Egypt, in addition to projects in «Mostakbal City» in «New Cairo» and the «North Coast».
The 15th edition of the «Nile Property Expo» will also feature participation from top Egyptian developers, including: «Tameer Misr», «Hassan Allam», «SODIC», «Hyde Park», «Saudi Egyptian Developers», «IGI Developments», «Toric», «Ora Developers», «CRED», «Inertia», «Paragon», and «Gates».
He added that the «Nile Property Expo» is keen on selecting serious and leading companies to participate, in line with the company’s commitment to credibility and supporting the national strategy to export Egyptian real estate abroad.
The company plans to continue its strategy throughout the current year by promoting Egyptian real estate internationally and aims to hold five editions of the «Nile Property Expo» inside and outside the Arab world.
It is planned to hold editions in «Riyadh, Saudi Arabia», «Doha, Qatar», «Los Angeles, USA», and «Toronto, Canada». The 2025 season will conclude with another edition of the «Nile Property Expo» in «Riyadh, Saudi Arabia».
