Unified Development seeks to launch its new project, located in the New Administrative Capital (NAC)’s Downtown, with investments of around EGP 700 mn, Invest-Gate reports.

Mahmoud Al-Mansi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Unified Development, clarifies that the company is about to get the approvals on the project’s engineering designs from the Administrative Capital for Urban Development Company (ACUD), in addition to issuing the necessary licenses to start construction works to implement 30% of the project, then, begin the sales process.

Al-Mansi points out that the main factor for the company’s presence in the Egyptian market is forming complete confidence and conviction among customers and investors in the company’s projects, thanks to its great achievements in the Saudi market for over 25 years.

On the other hand, Al-Mansi mentions that the company’s first project, Kaizen Language School, spans over 16,800 sqm, and is located in NAC’s R7 District. Besides, it is designed on the latest architectural designs, and with high-quality materials that comply with international standards. Additionally, the project has reached an implementation rate of about 90% despite the high construction prices.
