Unified Development is preparing to launch an administrative commercial mall in the New Administrative Capital’s Downtown district with EGP 400 mn investments, Invest-Gate reports.

Chairman of Unified Development, Mahmoud Al-Mansi, says that the company completes licensing for the project.

Al-Mansi reveals that the company accelerates the implementation of the Kaizen Language school on 16,800 sqm in NAC’s R7 district with over EGP 500 mn in investments.

He adds that the company plans to announce a number of residential, hotel, commercial, administrative and educational projects in Egypt.

The top executive notes that the company also plans to offer housing units in the Beit Al-Watan project in Al-Narjis and Al-Rehab areas.
