United for Real Estate Development enters into a contract with Concord Hospitality to provide hotel services for the hospitality facilities within the G-BAY project in Ain Sokhna, Invest-Gate reports.
The contract also provides for the possibility of providing hospitality management for all residential units within the project.
Chairman of United for Real Estate Development, Mohamed Al-Zaabalawi, reveals that the G-BAY El-Sokhna resort spans over 27 acres, overlooking the sea directly, and is being developed with self-financing.
The project’s construction starts in October 2022 and is slated for completion within 3 years, Al-Zaabalawi adds.
Managing Director of the United for Real Estate Development, Ahmed Mounir, says that the G-BAY project enjoys a 240-meter seafront, and includes chalets of various sizes starting with one and two rooms.
The resort’s ground floor units are attached to a garden and a private beach on the lagoon, as well as a 15,000 sqm landscape and water bodies, covering an area of 15,000 sqm, Mounir elaborates.
He states that the project includes a mosque for men, a prayer room for women, a gym, a spa, restaurants, cafes, playgrounds, and a social club.
Around 25% of the project is sold out since its launch in early 2022, and the second phase of the project will be offered in the second quarter of 2023, Mounir reveals.
He elaborates that the hotel part of the project includes 280 rooms, with areas starting from 75 sqm.
