UAE’s developer Union Properties (UP) is planning to launch its first multi-use residential project in Abu Dhabi, Invest-Gate reports.
Overlooking the Arabian Gulf, the three million square meter Al Dhafra Beach project will include a luxury five-star beach resort surrounded by villas and residential buildings, in addition to health, education and entertainment facilities, according to a statement released by UP.
Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region, described the project as an “exemplary investment” in public housing, which will provide available services required by the emirate’s residents.
