Uptown 6 October for Urban Development, a subsidiary of Uptown 6 October Real Estate Development, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with the General Syndicate of Bank Employees to launch an exclusive homeownership program tailored for professionals in Egypt’s banking sector, Invest-Gate reports.

Under the agreement, eligible syndicate members will receive special privileges when purchasing residential units in Uptown 6 October’s key projects, including Uptown Residence and Signature Home. Benefits include preferential prices and flexible payment plans designed to suit the financial capacities of banking employees, whether for residence or investment.

The agreement was signed during an official ceremony attended by MP Dr. Solaf Darwish, President of the General Syndicate of Bank Employees, and Mr. Samer El Kharboutly, Deputy CEO of Uptown 6 October for Urban Development.

Commenting on the partnership, Mr. El Kharboutly said, “We are proud of our collaboration with the General Syndicate of Bank Employees.
