Uptown 6 October Real Estate Development has announced the successful completion of 100% of the essential infrastructure in Uptown October City, spanning 3,482 feddans, by the consortium of Orascom Construction and Hassan Allam Construction, Invest-Gate reports.

This milestone encompasses the installation of primary and secondary networks for water, sewage, irrigation, fire, and rain drainage, alongside comprehensive road construction.

Ahmed Abozaid, Chairman of Uptown 6 October, expressed confidence in the Ministry of Housing’s capability to fulfill all infrastructure commitments within the specified timelines. This assurance has enabled the company to launch projects over the past two years, ensuring timely delivery of residential units.

Abozaid affirmed the company’s plan to invest nearly EGP 5 bn in the next five years towards service projects aimed at expediting the city’s progress. These initiatives include an international school, over 30 administrative and commercial centers, and a 120-bed hospital.
